A quiet stretch of river, a generous slice of wilderness

Tobacco River Campground sits on 1361 Blakely Road in the heart of Michigan's Midland County — a place where the trees grow tall, the river runs clear, and the only alarm clock is the morning chorus of songbirds.

We built this campground with a simple philosophy: give people the chance to sleep under real skies, wake up to the sound of running water, and experience the kind of outdoor living that doesn't require sacrificing comfort. Whether you're here for a weekend or a week, we want your stay to feel like coming home to somewhere you've never been.
